Karoline Starostik, a private equity fund investor, sold her North Bay Village property, for $5.1 Million. This sale marks an all-time record in the city that runs along the 79th Street Causeway.
Starostik sold the 5 bed, 5,400 square foot house, located at 1520 South Treasure Drive to Susan Minster, CEO of ASR Ventures.
The next highest priced sales, also occured this year. Neighboring 1610 & 1620 South Treasure Drive, sold earlier this year for $4.4M & $4.5M.
