Miami hospitality mogul Dave Grutman sells his Sunset Islands home for $8.3 million, just five months after listing it for sale. The founder of Groot Hospitality sold the property located at 2201 Sunset Drive to an undisclosed buyer.

Property records show that Grutman purchased the Sunset Island IV home in 2013 for $5.1 million. Built-in 1937, the home was later expanded. The property spans 6,673 square feet, with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gym, a pool, and 208 feet of water frontage.
